Service Description
Free 15 minute video call for new clients. If you require an appointment outside of the available slots please email to arrange.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled with a full refund 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. For cancellations within 48 hours, appointments can be re-scheduled at no extra charge. Please email if you anticipate problems with appointments- I will try to be flexible where possible.
